Foundation clients · 3+ years and counting

The City of Waseca City Hall and the Waseca Public Library are our foundation clients — more than three years of weekly cleaning, and proof of how this town shows up for local business. We also clean a local bank twice a week and area offices on weekly schedules. Public buildings hold cleaning to a standard — that’s the standard your building gets.

Every visit ends with a walkthrough.

Janitorial work is checklist work. We keep a sign-off sheet for every building we clean, and we hold ourselves to it whether anyone’s watching or not. Here’s what’s on ours:

$65per visit · small office

Straight pricing, no contracts to decode: routines start at $65 a visit for most small offices, $98 for most other routine visits — and larger spaces are quoted after a free walkthrough of your building. We keep a full list of current business clients on the schedule, and we’re taking new ones. Call and we’ll set up your walkthrough.

What a routine visit covers

The same package our bank and city accounts run on: restrooms cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash and recycling out, breakroom or kitchen reset, glass and touch points wiped, entryways kept sharp. Weekly or multi-visit schedules, with quarterly deep-clean add-ons available — every visit signed off against the sheet.

Housecleaning: the list is open.

We’re taking names for recurring housecleaning in Waseca. When enough homes are on the list, we bring on a dedicated cleaner and the route starts running.

> Want on the list? Call and say “house list.”

Cleaners: steady hours, W-2.

We hire employees, not gig apps — real payroll, steady weekly buildings. If you clean well and show up, we should talk.
